By accessing and using the Pets Ghana platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Pets Ghana in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772) of the Republic of Ghana. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
When using our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or listing. You must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Providers who list their services on Pets Ghana must ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines or is deemed inappropriate. All business dealings must adhere to the laws of Ghana.
Pets Ghana is a directory service connecting pet owners with providers. We do not guarantee the quality or safety of the services provided by third-party businesses listed on our platform. To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Pets Ghana shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service or services obtained through our platform.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall primarily be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be referred to mediation in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798). If mediation fails, the courts of Ghana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be reasonably communicated and posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
